@jybx+1oXXDS6q the store looks a lot more full compared to some of the other anchor stores, but it would be difficult for you to judge that from your mother's basement.
Imagine thinking this was anything other than the bare minimum lease requirement (or some such obligation).

Actually, it says "new concept coming 10/22/23." New concept as in an artist's rendition of what it will look like torn down and redeveloped.
