It is very clear that the wrong people were LRd this past week. The Global Security Sales VP and Engineering VP and Americas Sales VP should have been LRd. Every decision from them has been a complete disaster without any planning. All these changes from them and no one knows what they are doing. Our RM has no answers and has stated that the so called security executives are not providing any answers and are not taking questions. This is called a lack of executive leadership.

They just hired her. It would be a big embarrassment to fire her already. Although Chuck did fire that Data Center dude pretty fast years ago (all he talked about was Containers and Docker PhD stuff when we were trying to sell switches and UCS).

Go to any publicly traded corporation and nepotism rules. That's why engineers that have been laid off push their kids to get into the medical field. No layoffs, nepotism or age discrimination.

Cisco is a relationship based, not performance based company. Obtaining the axe means you no longer have strategic relationships to save you from the musical chairs.
The only CRO title for her is the Chief Reduction Officer. Her decisions have greatly reduced security revenue which has led to the reduction in people two times. She is already planning for her third LR in Q3.
Did anyone notice she has given herself the title of Chief Revenue Officer on her latest Sp-t Stop. She is delusional to give herself that title. It is very obvious on the call she is losing patience and believes the field is pathetic.
But we get all the emails from EC announcing all the wows!
