The diversity cultists who can't accept genetics are going to down vote this into oblivion. Men and women are significantly different. Men as women as groups. That is a fact. The same goes for any genetically divergent population group.
Having a job in tech is not a right so if we aren't using fair, objective standards for hiring then what is that called? Discrimination. SCOTUS already mixed this DEI plauge in public universities that fully. All companies need to be banned from racism and s-xism as the next step toward sanity again.
