Grade 11-13 are now eligible for an extra LTI bonus for “nominated” employees but the program is limited to 15% of eligible employees. Nominees for the program must be supported by the ELT.

Some (most/all?) people who are getting have already been notified. Email from fidelity coming any day now.

can someone confirm the percentage of personnel affected? how many people are getting this?
