Citi has became a big joke! The issue at Citi is not employees, it is the people in senior leadership that are simply outdated and rotten. They need to be replaced by a new generation of competent leaders. Investors and board members need to demand change at the top!

The problem is not senior management but the below who called big bosses misinterpretered message. Such as reorg means a chance to get rid of people smarter under me but promote my stupid friends.

Townhall was 90% buzztalk with no meaningful details. They again avoided answering layoff numbers. If they have a plan then it is time to give out the details. That is the decent thing to do for workers. Right now workers do not know if they will have a job in 3 months.
