As I think out loud. How did I get into this f--ked position, working in this terrible I&O organization at this terrible company? I just wanted to do what I loved. Tech at a Financial Services company. When I started 5 years ago, I thought I had found it. Everyone around me is miserable, the leadership are egomaniacal twits who spend all of our money flying around for offsites and I feel unvalued, underutilized and angry at myself.
I wanted this company to be something. I thought it was. It isn't. I do not recommend this place to my friends and family, as a job destination or as a broker any longer. I'm ashamed.
