Doesn't matter if Avaya is devalued or shrinks in the process. In fact, that helps him as Apollo will be more willing to allow him to find private investors to buy Apollo out.

This will be a competiton between Avaya International who also desires to take over ownership

Once ownership is guned, then they will focus on growth initiatives. Yet not until they have ownership.
