Anyone knows what’s up? My director tells us they are discussing budget etc but you know that’s all BS! Clearly how d-mb do they think we are?!?

It’s business. You have the ability to leave anytime you want for a better opportunity. Provided you have the experience and skills to do so. From my experience, the people complaining know that they got paid well for doing nothing. Nepotism at its worst. The worst part is that it’s still saving some people who should have never worked for CC. The ones left behind are having to pick up the slack and getting burnt out. My resume is always updated and I’m always looking for a better opportunity. 20 plus years in telecom has taught me to always bet on myself.

Actually the RSU deal might we good if the stock keeps tanking. Eventually it will have nowhere to go but up and we might actually make out this time.

They are discussing budget. That budget is how much has to be cut with employee salaries and non-needed products.

We're already told P3 and above will not be getting raises. They are doing the RSU nonsense again.
