Sounding the alarm on what? Genuinely curious.
Reach out to the credit rating agencies. They are being lazy in their due diligence. They keep ignoring the slow erosion of the operating business and rate TIAA solely based on the General fund.
Start reaching out to board/regulators/journalists to sound the alarm.
