Is this a management or larger business issue - something more serious that even Carl thinks "I am outta here-this is not a good investment" - Uncle Carl is about making MONEY. But, with him now gone, it that good or bad for Xerox? Clearly this has been in the works, you don't just come up this plan. What is the next steps with Icahn's departure?

Anyone know the all-time low share price? Just give it a few hours, heading there today. ALL-TIME LOW SHARE PRICE FROM AN ALLSTAR LEADERSHIP TEAM. Isn't the very definition of their job is too make money for the shareholder?
Yeah. What's that after the 1:4 split. Ouch!
$12.10
If you look at the stock price today it is BAD that Icahn is gone as we went from almost $16 to almost $12 since his departure. Like it or not the market speaks. We are in trouble.
So far so good
Carl realized there was nothing left to squeeze out of Xerox …The company is an empty shell..
Good red -dunce
Carl has had the tables turned, and Icahn Enterprises needs money. The famous corporate raider is getting a taste of his own medicine.
"Icahn Enterprises reported that its second quarter loss had more than doubled from the year ago period, to $269 million. The company halved its quarterly dividend to $1."

Carl would not part ways unless he had already squeezed as much as he can out of Xerox. Or he sees it hitting a brick wall soon and wants to jump before that happens.
He is all about money. So with him being bought out at cost.... that worries me.
In. Bad
Gone. bad
I don't care what it is as long as it doesn't have anything to do with the belly button.
