Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Hear me out.

Instead of continuing to donate to United Way who has has a CEO who makes 1.5M and pays their 270+ employees a total compensation of $34M per year, how about we make our own employees whole after you lied to us about our stocks and the state of our Company?
Our CEO is a POS and is the one ultimately responsible for where we are since he was the CFO for all of these years.

The comment below nailed it. This is the same with the GOP campaign fund request. Do your one time $1 donation just so you don’t come up on their list. The United Way donation goes to line some rich persons pockets and your PAC funds go to keep current GOP politicians in office.
I bet they won’t show you the breakdown of where your PAC donation goes too. You don’t see that as public information on any SharePoint or PowerBI report.

United Way is not the best steward for your money. Make a one time token donation to check the participation box and be charitable using your own judgment.

I’m with you but they will never do that. This is because if they make us whole, this will be them admitting they had fault in you and the rest of us buying into their big lie.
If only one the officers or executives would show some integrity and come forward that they knew about this plan to file bankruptcy while they were still telling us to ignore the analyst.

Dell'Osso did just fine - for himself, but maybe be in a wee spot of trouble with the CH 11 testimony coming back to haunt Lawler.
