I am incredibly proud. Ford is an American icon! I proudly wear my Ford gear all the time. It’s the best organization I have ever worked for and I hope that never changes.
No trust left. Off shores American jobs. Partners with the CCP. Decimates pristine farm land in the name of being green. Lays off hard working pensioners at the end of their careers. This company has no morals. Proud of working for Ford is lost. Very sad.
NO!, In 1997 being hired by Ford was the proudest day of my engineering career. Now every day is a humiliating disaster. If I have one more Apple, Microsoft and Amazon POS tell me about a new plan I will go crazy. The new kids have no idea what they are talking about. I cannot wait to retire and get out of this mismanaged sh-t show. Ford is doomed!

I’m not happy with the direction at this time and would love to see changes in morale and culture.
It’s difficult to be concerned about being next in the layoff list all the time.
I really like working here but I keep wondering about the decisions upper management makes. It really worries me.
