It will be hard for ford to market EVs even with large incentives. Volume will not solve the problem because the vehicles will just sit in the parking lots longer. Quality su-ks. Wait and watch the downfall or better leave and take care of yourself.

Ford lose money making any vehicle except for the F series pickup truck. Ford should shutdown any none F series production plants now. This will prevent Ford from filing for bankruptcy in 2 years. This will give Ford at least 5 years before filing for bankruptcy.

They fire competent engineers so they can farm out to LLCs. West Dearborn is being decimated by work from home and salary cuts.
Start promoting qualified individuals into leadership roles. Require technical competency. Demand accountability. Reduce bureaucracy. Focus on quality. Eliminate the deadwood.
How many of you own a Ford vehicle? Ford vehicles comes with many problems and poor quality. Speaking from experience. I stopped buying Ford since 2000. I got tired of having to spend time at the dealership every other month for repairs and recalls.
