The "meltdown" began when icahn bought enough stock to gain enough control to quash the Fuji deal. Been a cost cutting mess since. Soon customers will be buying the Fuji gear directly from the manufacturer, the only thing preventing it now is what's left of xerox service. As the older experienced reps retire, the service skill compared to Fuji will equalize. Imho
