Was there any impact/restructuring at Sumter?

That's interesting and unfortunate to hear. You see quite a few high level positions open - quality manager, injection molding manager, tubes manager, staff engineer for rubber - that is a lot of JG4 positions to have open at one site.
Yes, BD's "We do what's is right" is 100% BS. The sad thing is you have nowhere to turn which is why good talent is leaving. There are two groups of people who stay. The ones who are up managements a** and those who enjoy the people they work with and genuinely hope things will change. You can't even rely on the ethics line anymore because they want you to call HR One and "discuss" the issue like they are a bunch of psychologists who talk you through this issue without holding people responsible for their actions. BD is spiraling out of control and their "code of conduct" means nothing anymore.
Yes, restructuring employees being terminated for no good reasons, some layoffs. Employees moral at it's lowest. Alot of employees quitting, finding new jobs and Alot of people sending out resumes. And it's still going on but management trying to keep hush hush as possible getting rid of 2 or 3 every day every other day trying to be discreet. Can hardly get contingent here now. NO TRANSPARENCY AT ALL!! To think the motto of BD is We Do What's Right! BS!!!
