Certainly. The early buy out packages are part of the objective to lessen the number. The retirees will not give up rights easily. Especially with media focus on unions this year. Will get interesting. Maybe 2 years ago Avaya had leverage as no one cared. Not this year.
There is no strike...never will be! avaya has maybe 150 union represented employees most of them haven't worked in years.. i highly doubt they are going to leave the house to go strike for $50 a day...

It was Recalled, so unless you were at your PC at the moment it happened you likely didn't see it. I didn't think much of it. Nor do I believe it was sent company wide I can understand why it may appear suspicious to some. I just think it was someone being human and making a mistake.
