What a mess. Katie is the absolute worst upper management I have ever seen. The layoff shpeel was eye rolling. And then she passes the mic to Clayton and Ryan and one would think the two have never publicly spoke in their lives. HR has the most uninspired leadership ever. Makes me have zero confidence in this department. Speaking of Clayton we are now up to 3 directors resigning in the span of a month under his management’. Way to go buddy. Given that no senior managers know what they’re doing I fully expect the cr-p show to continue.

If you are that unhappy with HR leadership then what does that say about you still being in that dept? Can’t find a job somewhere else?
At the end of the day, CS runs a business and they want to make sure to keep clients and shareholders happy. Along the way, if employees are happy, good for them. Most of the top executives reached there not because of their intelligence. It’s because of their cunning nature and a--hole behavior. So don’t expect anything honest coming out from them.
The answer to everyone’s burning questions about the reorg was a typical non answer answer. Just enough detail ease a few minds in the moment, and totally vague regarding anything concrete (scope, timing, etc). Gettin real tired of hearing how hard it is for high level execs, and they “understand” what we are going through… they announced it months ago to thin the herd before the big cuts come, not for the bs reasons they give
The rest of the meeting was total and complete fluff. Like many other all hands probably were.
