07/17 Impacted employees: how was your IPF?

I did not get the bonus/ipf paper from hr or manager. Wondering how was the ipf for those that were impacted on July 17.

IPFs are rigged. Leaders have a target to meet, so you might be bumped up or down based on the target. It's not right. Performance should not be tied to budget!

I had to ask our management chain to provide guidance on how last year's IPF #'s mapped to this year's IPF #'s due to the smaller budget to gauge if my personal performance was judged to have improved, remained the same, or decreased from last year because my IPF went down.

But, given that I received RSUs this year and didn't last year, I'd say that it's safe to believe them that they said my performance was considered the same as last year and was considered above average. I'm probably--OK, definitely--not the top performer on my team, but I'm also far from being the bottom performer as well and none on our team are considered poor or average performers. But when everyone is above average, then above average becomes average.
