Usually they send out a few batches of invites for different waves.
Looks like the so-called rumor mill from the other posts were correct. So far I've heard of SE managers and some Sr ICs received the dreaded invite

I was one of the ones in the big 2022 rounds. It's short, they try to sound sad about it. The company they give you access to for "job search help" is absolutely useless. Hopefully the severance package is decent. Sorry for those of you joining to 2U discard pile.

I don't have an invite on my calendar, but my boss has several 20-minute meetings throughout the morning . Would we have gotten an invite by now if we were on the "list"?
