Finally looking elsewhere

Ask Us Anything session was a poor attempt to rejuvenate spirits, constant waffle and lies spouted by the C-Level leadership especially Suresh.

Spoken to multiple teams and they are either understaffed, overworked or suffering burnout. Product, TAM, Ops and SA teams just to name a few.

The desktop products Server and Designer are filled with bugs and customers are fed up.

Stock has halved the past year and don't get me started on this cloud fascination 10 years too late.

No idea how long this s*** show will continue before C Level teams are out the door. Looking elsewhere and gladly accepting a pay cut.

There’s no doubt that current leadership will mostly be gone in the next year. They got the huge compensation packages they wanted and have milked things for the past 2-3 years. Now reality is coming to bite them, and they’ll be out soon enough.

The employees are the ones left holding the bag for the executive mis-deeds and errant strategy. There are not many folks at AYX who aren’t active looking outside the company for other opportunities at this point. As the economy slowly continues to improve, new and better opportunities at other companies will slowly reveal themselves.

Never in my career seen a company with this much turbulence on a day to day, week to week, month to month, quarter to quarter, and year to year basis.

And it so doesn’t have to be that way.

Check the comments over at Blind as well as the reviews on Glassdoor. Both sites illustrate the downward spiral that Alteryx has become.
