I've been rejecting a lot of connect requests thinking they are just scammers trying to look more legitimate by having people who actually work at the company with a credible reputation on LinkedIn being connected. Knowing this company though I can see them not being allowed to. They all keep adding me with no profile picture, only job role is Financial Consultant, Branch Manager, ETC. With no description of the role. They've got to be scammers unless Schwab has them do this.

Sorry, don't know what you're talking about.... Of course Financial Consultants can have their work history on LinkedIn. And if you want to double-check that they actually work at Schwab, you can also search and find Financial Consultants listed on the public Schwab website, too. All Financial Consultants and Branch Managers are listed publicly on each branch page.
