@1lzh They’re not exactly tripping over themselves to provide professional development opportunities for the few “young” people who work there either.

The company don’t invest in older employees. My supervisor gave some id--tic reason even when training is free. It only requires 1 day of my time but would benefit the company. I guess my sup doesn’t trust my judgement.

I got the training I needed by paying for it out of my own pocket and found a bigger and better job with another company.

Depends where you are. The company has clearly stopped investing in US and Europe “high cost” employees but the same can’t be said for India
