Yes and the mgt and leadership dress it up as a good thing to those affected. Polishing a tu-d. Then they want us to eat their sh-t, be thankful and smile and applaud this great news, thank them for it and then ask for more!
People need to wake up. They are literally telling us they are working hard to replace and eliminate our jobs.

Yes, this became very clear in a re-org in 4Q 2022 where the SLT decided to make a global device and process integration group run partly out of low-cost geo centers where no expertise exists in these areas. Of course, this is just another id--tic move by TC & TB to think you can do these types of skills anywhere. Other companies have tried this and failed already but GF continues to lag the industry in these types of programs and the funny part is when you tell these brain-dead monkeys in SLT that company X already did this and failed, they just laugh and think they are smarter than the other company when in reality they are id--ts who are going to ki-l the company. Just more id--tic moves from GF's SLT who are a bunch of re-treads or never has been people in the industry!!! Given the rapid fall of GF, TC's town hall will soon have a similar saying to the following "Houston, we have a problem", it's not a matter of if coming, just when coming. Every GF employee should have a plan "B" ready to roll.
