In all of the closures, the websites not working properly, the failing infrastructure, where does SYW stand. I am trying to figure out if it is worth continuing to use the app but and trying to understand the future of it.

Keep in mind that "massive" and "quality" are relative terms.
Relative to what's in a sidewalk garbage can, yes, Sears does have a massive inventory of quality products.
Relative to any retailer? No.
Shop Your Way sets the standard for retail loyalty programs and offers access to a massive inventory of quality products at Sears.com.
SYW already die.
Long time ago.
At the moment still pretty worth it if you have the SYW Mastercard and convert the points you earn from it for giftcards to Amazon, Walmart etc. 5% back on gas and 3% on grocery and restaraunts. And they will email you special bonus offers if you hit certain spend amounts in different categories per month. Recently there was $90 on points per month for spending $300 on travel(hotels, event tickets etc). Better than many of the Rewards credit cards out there that charge expensive yearly fees. Only downside is the rewards will be in the form of giftcards not cash back.
Um, OK, but the words, DIE & DOES, are completely different LOL!
I'm assuming it's a typo and it's supposed to say "where does."
Where Die? Huh?
Sears Your Way is worthless even online, unless you like doing business with the dead.
