So who’s with me? I feel like we’re on the brink of our stock price really surging - from our current low single digit to triple digits. Yes, you heard me!! I know we’ve been su-king WENUS (weekly estimated net usage statistics) in this company for a while now, but I think our CEO has finally “cracked the code”. I’m all in, that’s for sure! Who’s with me?? Let’s secure our retirements now and for all! #inwaywetrust

Oh the good ol days of BYKP25. For this use newbies it is Bring Your Knee Pads To Fifth Floor. It’s what ya do.
Hey buddy. Keeping my dog pics and SWN awards in office. Ain’t leaving anytime soon. Not so much for others on my team. Glad to work with you but only real workers will be kept on the job
Sage advice folks. I have been observing many people doing this these past few weeks. Seriously. Loom around. Lots of sterile no personal “stuff” in people’s office. You can tell which people are expecting to get canned and who will not.
Hahaha. My wife and kids pics are still in my office. Hahahaha
It’s Tuesday of layoff week. What is everyone doing to get prepared? Watching the WENUS? If you’ve ever seent the layoff tips and tricks from a few years ago, I highly recommend. Main takeaway: You really don’t want to have to make several trips to and from your car with multiple boxes. That’s embarrassing in so many levels. You should be slowly offloading your workspace each day in the weeks leading up to layoffs. No more pics of your wife/mistress in a bikini (beached whale more like it), adopted children, your lottery tickets, your diploma from ITT Tech, or that fan under your desk strategically placed to waft away unpleasant office air biscuits. You must get to the bare minimum. All you should be leaving with is your car keys, personal mobile phone and your separation packet. Make it a smooth exit and perhaps stop in at the Market for a pumpkin spice latte on your way out. You’re welcome for these valuable tips.
Wowser. Big WENUS and no bonus. Yikes. Me just the opposite big bonuses and little WENUS. Perks of being a “exec” with a cheesy smile and starches shirts.
When are bonuses paid and stuff? I’ve been here at Southwest for 7 years and I’ve never gotten a bonus. However, I have been blessed in the WENUS department. I guess that’s good enough for me.
I see that hundreds of people view this board and post good info (and funny stuff too). Does anyone think layoffs will happen before our bonuses are paid? Asking for a friend.
