You can't prevent advance technology and AI from taking over a human job. There is no union contract that can prevent this. Eventually the company signing the contract will have no choice but to break the contract even if it means a lawsuit. Otherwise, the entire company will eventually go bankrupt due to local and international competition that will be replacing humans with AI and advance technology. If humans output 100 autos per day, robots will output 1000s. And in the end, people will buy an auto that is high in quality, low in cost, and one that meets their preference. For example: How many people are buying "Made in USA" if they can get a better or same quality product at a lower cost that says "Made in China or any other international country".
