It happened. No layoffs but major shuffling of roles in marketing between Frito and Quaker.

Not even a comparative, layoffs and restructuring is a planned event and Intel does make it's way around the water cooler. So yeah asking the question can net the info here and there.

Restructuring doesn’t necessarily mean layoffs. But you might not like your newly given role to keep your job. They have to make cuts to make room for the 2000 grad school new hires brought in every year. Goodluck to all!
