Why do we have so many incompetent “leaders” within MSD. I have never worked in an organization filled with so much rotting garbage. It’s interesting how most of the layoffs impacted the sales reps but hardly any middle managers and no RSLs were let go in any of the recent layoffs within the division. What do they provide as far as value to this organization other than to read our salesforce up the chain. They are lazy, incompetent, useless puppets.
I have a great idea to save “SpinCo” some real savings with an immediate impact and not waste time and money on consultants. How about consolidate the amount of RSLs and countless worthless middle managers hiding in their basements waiting for the next SF update. What great value you provide the field and organization. You clowns are truly worth your 6 figure salaries to help drive business and improve patient lives. Without your continued leadership we wouldn’t know what to do or how to read a playbook to go swindle our customers into purchasing our outdated and overpriced solutions that sit on backorder year over year.
