It’s a tie…. Cr-ppy as there is no where to go but out…
Worked in both, in AME now and both terrible.
AME has always had the highest attrition (people quitting or transferring to other modules) since day 1 and nothing was ever done.

Malta AME Etch Engineering, hands down is the worst of the entire corporation. Back-stabbing, inexperienced, toxic, clueless.. If there's a bad decision to be made, you can bet that AME Etch management will strive to make it. That same behavior has trickled down into the Etch team on the floor producing one of the most grotesque working environments known to man. Horrid...
