Don't discount CEO Rao. He has over 20 years of experience and as a Nielsen insider, he is the right person for the job. He is also very intelligent and has only recently stepped in the role. Give him a chance to turn the company around.
Don't be bitter if you were laid off. Be a cheerleader for him! If he turns Nielsen around, in 5-10 years, you can always reapply for a job back at Nielsen!
Bottom line, give the man a chance!
