Because the reps are trash!! They are glorified customer service reps they don’t hunt down new business they manage all their gifted business.

When you had 10,000 customers in 2020
And 50 reps you let them grow the business. It averages around209 customers a rep.

Whencovid but and you became yourselves and furloughed everyone with no contact, they all went and found new jobs because they realized you were terrible people.

2023 rolls around and you have 5,000 customers and 2 reps. Reps can’t keep 2,500 customers so they moved them over to the mangers.

It’s funny because most managers were AWFUL at sales but great at office politics.

Great way to devalue the company
