Multiple leaders in HR are resigning prior to impending layoffs. The head of product management in HR left a few weeks ago and now the guy who is the only logical successor who is one of the few bright spots in HR has resigned. The old saying is correct that your best leaders won’t wait until these layoffs because they are the most coveted in the marketplace. The ‘employee experience’ department is a joke as is the HR leadership. If HR can’t manage their own house, do we really have any confidence they can help the company?

It is so true. The HR model is broken. The leader of employee experience has not a clue what to do. HR leaders are too busy playing politics to actually drive a strategy. The good people are leaving. Stop the hemorrhaging!
I’m Batman. Who are you?
Who are you
This just isn’t true and makes me question all the other posts on this site.
HR is powered by ChatGPT.
We have a HR department? I thought the department was myHR. Never get to actually talk to someone. Anytime I’ve called it’s been the automated “we’re all in a meeting at the exact same time because we’re stupid and don’t think of you”
Coming from an human resources employee the MD in employee experience is leading that department down the tubes and the HRLT is allowing it. HR is the most disorganized uncollaborative function at Schwab. We have to stop the bleeding somehow
HR Leaders? You mean MyHR right? That's the only impersonal face of HR that I ever get to talk to. LOL
HR - what do they do - just sent you to the Schweb
There were leaders in HR...?
I hope cue card Katie leaves.
