How confident are you?
Gates are down this morning…
the bulk of invites will start going out this afternoon and evening. could be some earlier and later, but not the norm.
Has anyone in MIX actually started getting meeting invites? Or is HR still going today?
Marketing was just waiting on NPI to be mostly over.
This clarifies why numerous MIX individuals are notably silent, especially Marcus crowd on social media. There haven’t been and self-promoting posts, likes, or any other conspicuous activity for over four weeks. They seem to prefer staying low-key, hoping to go unnoticed and remain under the radar.
Don’t fret; they’ll likely resume posting hashtags, and self-promoting pairs this weekend once they’ve weathered the storm.
I think the not knowing and radio silence has been just as bad as the waiting. Just tell me already. Luckily, I've already been looking at other jobs/companies. Who drags something like this out for nearly a month? Not knowing if one day you'll come in and bo-m it's your last day employed. It seems very cruel.
Maybe Marketing is late because they drive revenue that funds our paychecks
Before ANYONE asks again, MIX = Marketing.
It's just a d-mb acronym Katz came up with when Marketing ate yet another org. Marketing (regular marketing ops), Innovation (Digital (Marcus East & co.), and "Experience" (T-Studios, CCO (DeLuca & co.), and formally XD which is the name M.D. came up with before they fired him) and some other subsidiary orgs but that's the bulk of it.
Being in limbo for the past 4 weeks, I have lost interest in being part of T-Mobile.
This is the worst experience
kind of wondering why HR went before MIX.
plus haven't heard that anybody was impacted yet from MIX.
can it be that MIX has shifted out to next week? not quite sure..
Why is Marketing always late?
