Salaried AICP includes other metrics besides profit, so could still get some bonus.
The company will give salaried bonuses to the UAW rank and file as a ratification bonus.
But the uaw members will get their "ratification bonus"

That's true for all GSRs as well. Our bonus is tied to company performance. And if this strike impacts company bottom line, we may lose our bonus.
