If the strike goes on for 2 months, there will be no bonuses and profit sharing this year!

Just read an article that a strike of 2 months would mean no profits for 2023. Which means no profit-sharing and no salaried bonuses.

Salaried AICP includes other metrics besides profit, so could still get some bonus.

The company will give salaried bonuses to the UAW rank and file as a ratification bonus.

That's true for all GSRs as well. Our bonus is tied to company performance. And if this strike impacts company bottom line, we may lose our bonus.
