I'm.trying my best to finish the year here, but this schedule makes it ridiculous to have a decent work/life balance. I just wanna be able to make doctors appointments and plan fun stuff with my kids. 🙄🙄🙄😥😥😥

The HR person in my store gives hours according to personal feelings. The schedule is posted two weeks ahead but is taken up and down and you are not notified if it changes. You have to check morning and evening.
I left almost 3 years ago, and even then they were never up 2 weeks in advance. Rarely 1 week. And subject to change on a daily basis. Made it VERY easy to make plans and/or pay bills 🙄
Correct. Scheduling is NEVER out on time, and changes on a whim without regard to availability.
Working for this ugly cheap and greedy company like this pathetic Belk then what do you expect? If they can’t handle the slow sales, stupid customer services and always in debts then how do you expect Belk planning your working hours? Like some once said: Your soul belong to God, but your fat or bony “behind” for lack of better word belong to Belk. Welcome to Shawshank Redemption retail Belk! Then best is yet to come!
No. And they regularly go down and back up after they are posted, and don't notify you if they have changed your schedule.
