Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

Still waiting for them to answer the questions they said they would this week. It’s likely that they will wait until end of day so they can ruin everyone’s weekend.

Except their own. The EMT will head off to their mega church and give them 10% of their collective millions (because Jesus helps them get that tax break). I’d only they gave that 10% to the people that need it (like employees) and kept jobs in the communities we currently work in.

I think the local news and government where the office closures are going to be would love to hear how crown castle is helping their community with our towers, nodes, and fiber while costing them millions in unemployment.

If they close my office, I’m going to show up to every local hearing where they are trying to build and contest it based upon the number of jobs it’s costing the city/county/state.

Ask directly? Ha! If you ask BS or management anything directly your tagged as a discontent. That's always been one of the biggest problems. People are threatened by new ideas or questions. You're to sit down, shut up and smile. Lets all make useless powerpoints, w useless metrics to show how wonderful our useless connected mgrs are.....and let the business fail. Smh

I can’t imagine how they are going to talk through anything with a straight face. No accountability. I wonder what ever happened to purple or the diversity topics that had been mentioned so many times.

What good would it do to address rumors? Would you believe anything the EMT says at this point?

They won't be honest. JB sat in the Orlando office and told 150+ employees in attendance that there would be no layoffs. He did it again in Miami 1 day later to another 200+ This was done just 2 weeks before the announcement of layoffs. When he was asked why the change he replied that "tough business decisions are made daily to benefit the shareholders." Keyword = shareholders. He doesn't give a hoot about the employees or the business proven by his response. He only cares about shareholders value, which affects him since he is paid millions in stock. Nothing else matters.

If you really think you'll get the truth, good luck. He lied to our faces in person in Orlando and Miami. How can he be trusted. I don't trust any of them.

There’s no trolls looking for a reaction. We are actual employees concerned and mad about the dishonesty and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the EMT. They all lied to all of us and used us by thinking that they actually cared about us.

They are not going to answer questions or rumors posted on an external message board. This site has some legitimate questions but a lot of far fetched rumors too. If they start addressing what’s said or asked here, they are legitimizing this site - and a lot of what is posted here is trolls looking for a reaction. If you want a question answered, ask it directly.
