OP, You speak for many ! I had zfg mindset after witnessing favoritism ,repeatedly and quietly done, from mgmt. when called out on it , they were surprised and p—-ed.Much like when Walt had his tantrum, and the rest of us had to pay. Trickle down mgmt behavior , mgmt really does lead by example here. Do it , and if caught , deny or shift blame . after the inverted pyramid cull , hoping better leaders are hired in their place to restore our brand and our trust.
