Telltale information is changing in Schwab’s internal systems for high ranking employees. It looks as though the wheels of the great reassignment are indeed in motion. ππππππ

Where Are you finding this? Curious mind wants to know
What’s the cost center for βfu----g them over shortlyβ
Top management at Schwab really does not care about re org.. it’s just a eyewash. For a company this big, you can’t expect to move few people from A to B and expect miracles
its a good time to consolidate orgs and teams, it allows you to reduce leadership headcount.... and gain "synergies"
Yeah I usually memorize the beta id of colleagues, so I can always spot that change on the white pages.
This reminds me of the that old movie... "I see dead people." The OP "sees changing cost centers." I call that coy.
@rek+1oDqzVO1 Staying in CS in the same role for too long ki-ls your soul. Assuming you have been here for a while you probably got passed over for promotions thus no salary improvements, no new projects either. If that's the case I think it is better to hope for layoffs. At least that would put you in a new situation where you will need to act and regain a bit of a control and make positive changes in your life. Stagnation is never a good thing unless you are ready to retire. Just my opinion that is.
OP isn’t being coy ya’ll and others straight up said it on this post. Look in the white pages and you’ll notice that some people’s cost centers and beta IDs have changed. That’s usually an indicator for ppl getting shifted to other teams/orgs. This takes longer on the back end than termination does.
Can I buy a vowel? Can’t solve.
On Schweb.
What exactly is changing? Some search hints?
I wonder what's sadder, losing your job in layoff or finding out that you are paid so little that you slipped through the cracks of cost reduction.
Mostly peaceful involuntary staff reduction
BETAS
Check it out yourselves, WFH Warriors! Do your own damn research.
It’s true and it’s at the top so far. Maybe they weren’t lying about the inverted pyramid afterall.
Cost centers...
What info is changing?
