MM is the most woefully incompetent leader in the history of leaders. Surrounded by sycophants in a sea adrift without a plan or a purpose. She’s 66, estranged from her child, calls her partner her “friend” in the WSJ and sits and reads Quip in the dead of night. Retire for the love of all things holy.

That would be MM too.....
@qxb+1oDhR3K3 malignant narcissists only develop empathy if forced to. Even then it's a very small percentage who are capable of it.
Most corporate CEO's fit the definition for psychopathy. If they're up there, it's nearly a given. Not sure why this is a surprised to anyone since to move up that high you almost certainly need to stab multiple people in the back during your career.
We need a tech CEO, not a marketing clown. Most of the top 10-20 companies are led by CEOs who were engineers and went up the ladder.
Go back over 100 years ago for legal precedent which says corporations serve shareholders exclusively, not the employees or the customer. If you don't have a narcissistic CEO odds are they're failing their duties and then the shareholders have the right to sue them.
Cisco Sr leadership has no real empathy! They say they are sorry, but take no action to correct the problems. They say whatever they need to attempt to justify they're sick actions in how they treat employees. Name once that Sr leadership ever admitted they made a mistake, then actually owned-up to their mistake and rectified the situation. Never! Their pride is in the way. Everyone with this much pride eventually falls and their lies catch up with them.
potentially psychopathic... narcissists eventually develop empathy, psychopaths never develop empathy and are manipulative/charismatic.
