I just hope someone told Bryan about how people in Minnesota are known for being passive aggressive and provided advice on how to manage passive aggressive behavior. I also hope he can change the culture so that passive aggressive behavior is no longer acceptable. He needs to make the spin-off a truly global company where one is not penalized if they work outside of Minnesota or if they are not from the Midwest.
If he is smart, that is exactly what he will do. As soon as the spin is complete, I suspect quite few leaders get moved around or shown the door at HC.
He will be CEO of SpinCo and as soon as the ink is dry he can 80% tell Monish and Roman where to shove the last 20%.
