Ford to weather the storm by not negotiating with UAW

UAW whining their big bonuses, Cadillac no copay Healthcare benefits, job protection, cottages up north,....on and on. Try being a white collar with zero protections watching Ford quietly sending all the jobs to Mexico, India, China. We work endless non paid hours under constant threat of losing our job every day regardless of what you do.

There is no agreement reached. So strike has started at 3 plants (Ford, GM and Stellantis 1 plant each) and more plants will be added as time goes on.

This is not good news for salaried employees at Ford. Big layoffs are expected.

The US auto companies should get together and eliminate UAW for good.

That will never happen. Ford will cave in and give the UAW their demands. The salary employees will pay in the form of more cuts.

Union clowns will be upset when they strike themselves out of a job and f-150 production moves to Mexico. They'll be begging to make $80k snapping plastic together again.

If Ford went bankrupt no one would care.
