employee opinion survey my ar-e, will not even allow production employees to be included in the survey, yes we know we are substandard humans that are only seen as a number in the eyes of MR and MP, please can you just sell the divisions that are not doing well to the Chinese and let them treat us like people

Loose lol
A waste of time and energy.
I just concentrate my energy on working where I can act. I do not need to loose my time in reporting, surveys townhalls... The one who complete it is someone who has still place to get some overwork. I just discard surveys.

We all know HR isn’t going to read the 8,500+ comments / suggestions that have been made, BUT they’re there, and people are writing.
When are you going to realize that the management does not care what you think? It is an exercise in futility.
Now if The Di--------y wants to have a live, and in person Q&A session, that would be wonderful.
Take time and dive into the open comment section. It allows you to react to other participants comments thus pushing key issues to the top.
