Top down MD, SVPs DIr VPs... all will get reduced... its per ratio targets. also, type of work a being a lower performer doesnt help either...

It is really suprising to me how many people are "VPs" and make $130/k a year but are complete and utter mo--ns. Lots of fat and bloat needs to be trimmed at this place.
