Great News, Cisco Secure Access has been announced GA over a month before the field was told it would be. The problem is there is literally no one to sell it. As sellers we have not even been enabled in any way. Our TSAs are telling us they have no knowledge or details. There are no specialist TSAs. As a CSS, it is shocking to watch the complete dysfunctional GSSO Executives. Did anyone plan. Seriously, did they actually forget to plan on how to prepare for all this change and make sure the field is somewhat prepared. Did they think it would magically happen. They spent all this money on off-sites and this what we get. Then we are told no money for customer expenses since they spent it all on themselves. The GSSO ELT has already proven to be in way over their heads. There are teams that do not know what they are even covering. We are halfway thru Q1 and there is very little selling happening. There is no security sales support mechanism in order to sell. Our RM says we are not allowed to question or complain. Seriously, can someone within the leadership with boldness raise awareness of this complete dysfunction. We literally are not able to sell. SBG is starting to deliver. GSSO is not even close to being ready on anything and is quickly becoming the laughing stock of architectures with the core teams and leadership. How bad is the GSSO ELT when they are not even aligned with SBG and had no plans to enable the field on Cisco Secure Access in preparation for GA. They have severely miscalculated AGAIN. This is going to lead to major layoffs. How much longer is this utter dysfunction from the GSSO ELT going to be allowed to continue. Am I off here. Is anyone else seeing the same.

Duo Network Gateway, Cisco Plus Secure Connect, Cisco Secure Access ....
How many still born zero trust access solutions will Cisco release to try to catch up to zScaler?
Cisco Secure Access is not ready for GA. The announcement was all for show.
You are not off. This is an epic disaster from 2 ex-PANers that are trying to run the PAN playbook but have no real leadership experience. There is a reason they did not last at PAN. GSSO Layoffs are imminent.
The solution is simple. Don’t work at Cisco. If you value your career you wouldn’t be there anyway. Legacy and commoditised networking and an inferior FW, SDwan and DC offer makes it a zombie place to develop your career. Unless of course you actually like constant politics, infighting layoffs, sycophancy and drama.

it's a nightmare at work right now. Everyone knows LR is coming. Morale so low. Nobody works 100%... all stressed and edgy. It's like watching a slow motion guillotine blade falling before your eyes to your exposed neck.
Sharpen those resumes mates.
