Last round the IT Transformation Office was obliterated. Who's next in this time? I am so unmotivated and so is the rest of the team.

@1kdm Sure, why dont we keep all of the people who just add layers upon layers of bureaucracy but dont actually produce anything. The transformation office was like putting a speed bump in the backstretch of the Indianapolis 500. You sound like one of those do-nothing bureaucrats.

Shame on you, snotty. You come to a layoff board and wish good riddance on people who were brutally let go and their source of livelihood was disrupted.
Whose to say that you aren't useless to other departments in this rotten company? After all, you are nothing but a number. Stay humble.

The IT Transformation people who I worked with were valuable to us. It was a great loss losing them.
The transformation office provides zero value and only hindered work. Good riddance!
