Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Is Mitch Habib The Defacto CEO/COO?

He lead Nielsen throughout the aquisitions and layoff era[~2008/~2014]. Is He leading the dismantling and layoff era now?

This dude is a scourge to corporate America. Someone with absolutely no real talent, passion or vision in any industry - nevermind the advertising business, exists just to ruin people's lives. Like a hired mafia hitman. I'm shocked that over the years no news outlets, especially places like CNBC, picked up on this guy. I remember back in 2007 ish, Lou Dobbs was on FoxNews at the time and tried to shine some light on how Nielsen was laying off thousands of American workers and outsourcing to India, especially from the Tampa area at the time (Oldsmar headquarters). But there was no real traction.

Habib (via FCM) is deployed and they have an upfront fee (iro $1-2m) and then take a % of savings. The process is exactly as deployed when new to Nielsen - spans and layers, rank and yank, based on $ amount of total compensation. US is easy as there are no real worker protections (land of the free). Then UK. Europe will take a few months to align works council.
