Definitely the managers that get paid to hand out snacks. “Thank you for helping our clients! Would you like some gold fish?” They then proceed to talk about you behind your back. It’s like a high school.
If you talk to clients every day, you are likely at the bottom of the layoff list. Leadership, project staff, technology, etc are most likely going to be affected
The head of CS&S and the MD of CS&S strategy must go. Schwab needs competent, inspiring leaders for what used to be a world-class service organization that is falling apart under their lack of leadership.
CS&S will probably not see large cuts, if any.
