Mary Barra deserves a $380 million annual compensation package! This is only $1M more than the CEO of Lucid receives. GM sells more EVs than Lucid, therefore Mary deserves to be compensated fairly for her hard work and dedication.

Mary is paid on performance, doing so is by any means possible . This definitely includes moving and outsourcing as much work as possible ( Engineering, design, programming, moving manufacturing, on and on).
What if she agrees to a 10% pay cut if all the employees do the same?
