Waste of time. It's like a light version of the training we had to do in the 2000's, with the APELS.
only negative impact. I was schooled by our current 'science' that quality is racist.
Yes, it has decreased quality due to people scrambling to get through the training while neglecting their actual duties.

Additional Training has no impact on quality.
There are other factors that trump it like stupid or bad TVM ideas to save one penny that often lead to warranty and recalls.
Yes actually. The employees that ignore it or are otherwise derelict in meeting the training requirements automatically get added to the cut list.
