Haven't heard anything since May. Are Peter and Dom going to have Kearney do a 100 page analysis for possible marketing strategies? Maybe by then the two will have enough pocket change to buy it at fire sale prices.

One has to wonder if Peter gets elevated to CEO if he will want that property for his own use and perhaps let Dom and his Kearney buddies party on like Wayne and Garth whilst collecting handsomely from 3M.

Assessed value is just under $10M. Price on request, but I'm guessing at least $15M if you want to buy it. The land area is a little under a square mile, I wonder just how much is wet and how much is buildable.
